Shipping

We collect orders for the week and we ship within seven days of receipt. All truffles are made-to-order. Orders placed by Friday 5 p.m. will be shipped by Wednesday the following week.

All orders are sent via UPS.

Warm weather policy

Our delicate chocolate truffles are made of the freshest ingredients and are best consumed within 14 days of delivery. Ideally they should be stored between 52°F to 72°F. Therefore, we must take additional steps to insure product freshness. For products shipped from May through October special packaging may be used to prevent damage and protect your order. A $6 fee will be added to these orders for the added cost of gel paks. During the rest of the year we will use the most appropriate and reasonable shipping option available depending on transit times and temperatures.

We currently do not provide delivery to international destinations, PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

Check Your Address

We want to make sure we can process your order promptly and accurately. Please make sure all details of your order are correct. Please make sure we have your complete address and someone will be available to receive your chocolates before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipients and addresses.

Packages may be left without a signature if no one will be there to sign for it. Neo Cocoa is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We suggest shipping your chocolates to a business location if possible to ensure your package arrives safely and out of the elements. We require a signature for purchases totaling more than $100. Neo Cocoa will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us by the UPS.

We will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

If you have an extremely time-sensitive order, please indicate this in the special instructions. For holiday orders, our website will provide guidelines on order deadlines to ensure guaranteed delivery prior to the holiday. If your order must be received by a specific date, please include this information in "Special Instructions/Comments About Your Order" during check out.

Returns

Neo Cocoa is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. A business address may be a solution. If no one is present, the delivery service will make two more attempts before they return the package to us. Neo Cocoa will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us by the delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for melted chocolates or returned orders that are undeliverable. If a package needs to reshipped, 2nd Day charges will apply. Neo Cocoa cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
